WELCOME TO ALPINE QUILTERS

(I-70 to Exit 254, turn north)

Our meetings feature a different, fascinating speaker or special event each month. We often work together to make quilts for charities such as People's Quilts, Project Linus, Bridgeway, and Family Tree. Our members are friendly and our meetings are fun, so please visit us soon!

YOU KNOW YOU'RE A QUILTER IF

  • There's more fabric in the house than food
  • "Fat Quarters" does not refer to the heaviest part of your body
  • Your ironing board is always set up but your clothes are always wrinkled
  • You think of your job as an interruption of your quilting time
  • People are always picking threads off you
  • You can measure a "scant 1/4 inch" by eye
  • "Featherweight" Doesn't refer to a Boxer
  • You clean up your sewing room and your family thinks you're moving out

A recent study has indicated that fabric gives
off certain Pheromones that actually hypnotize
women and cause them to purchase ungodly amounts.
